The challenge
Build practical climate resilience across dispersed farming communities and degraded production landscapes.
The solution
Farmer field schools, demonstration plots, technical assistance and climate-smart input support were deployed together.
Implementation
The programme formed 202 field-school groups, trained 9,000 households and supported restoration work across 14,000 hectares.
Documented outcome
Expanded local capability for climate-smart practice and long-term community-based learning.
